NO. The UK does not issue Nanny/AuPair visas. Anybody that claims they can get you a Nanny/AuPair visa is lying. EDIT. Just because your parents were born in the UK does not give you an automatic right to work there. What matters is YOUR nationality. Unless you hold an EC passport you will need a visa, but there are no Nanny/Au Pair visas so that plan won't work.
