What is this dance move called?

What is this dance move called?!?

  • There is a jump in the following dance clip at :26 seconds and i would like to know what it is please! I can't find it anywhere but in her videos. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hXNLRm7QcXM&feature=related At :26 she rolls on her knees and then does a jump type thing then she rolls on her toes up. If someone could please tell me what the name of the jump is called and where i can find some videos learning how to do it!

    In our drill team, we call it a standing suspension. Usually whenever you do one, you land back down but if you are more limber and have stronger muscles, you can pull yourself up.

It's called a body roll. They are extremely hard to do, I have spent the past half a year learning it and I'm still struggling.
