Nial its perfectly normal im 16 and im a boy just like you and i get random erections all of the time its all part of being a teen boy and going through puberty infact you can be any age to get random erections the blood is flowing to your penis and this is making you erect whether your sexually active or not i get them everyday dude ! its fine :)
