How does PayPal work? If I have a pending transfer from my banck account to my PayPal account..(bottom)?
-
I currently have $0 in my PayPal account and just purchased an item on eBay but I haven't paid for it. The seller only accepts PayPal so im transferring money. What I didn't know is that PayPal would've done that for me if I had bought the item even if I had nothing in my PayPal account. I want to get this done ASAP so if I go back and buy the item ( I have the pending transfer but i still have $0 as of right now) will it make another automatic transfer because i have $0, or will it detect that I have a transfer coming already?
