How do I go about starting a business?

  • I'm looking to turn my Gaming Group into a full fledged business with multiple sections. I have the support and funds necessary, but I need to know how I can go about creating this entity as a business then having each of my members become legal employees in the group. But I have members in Canada, as well, so how would I go about employing people outside of my country, the us? I am aware we would have to follow the laws of the US and Canada in business terms, and am ready to accept the responsibilities of running this business. I'm looking for serious answers only. Please keep your rude comments and contradictions to yourselves.

Well, Since you're wanting to make a Gaming company (I take it you record video games, or code them) Make a YouTube account. Put your **** there, and the nerds (Like me) shall flock over to watch. Once you get enough views, you can start making money from your videos. (I make gaming videos too, that I make money from.) Next up, Make a website. Put your **** on that. Perhaps sell tshirts, or hats with your website printed on it. If you start up a YouTube or a website, let me know, I want to check it out.
