What hours are available to work for a customer service rep at AT&T?
-
My cousin is thinking of applying there while he goes to college. The issue is that he's not sure what kind of hours they hold there. I told him that I know he'd probably have to work some evenings and weekends, but I had no idea if they were like other call centers where you have shifts through midnight to 4 am, etc. Anyway, I thought someone here might now. We haven't turned up much info through other research. If anyone here is a customer service rep, please give us examples of what hours you can work. Also, what about Saturdays and Sundays?
