• The question had been answered five years ago by one person. I disagree with his sentiment but it's interesting that because no one else answered within the 4 day window, it has become the "true" and "only" answer provided by Yahoo! Answers. I am not a member of Team INA, however, I know many members of the team and I know several of the leaders. These people are quality individuals and they believe in the principles of giving and helping others. More than most other organizations I work with, not only are these folks encouraging, they go out of their way to help people. Team INA is a teaching and training system designed to help independent business owners be more successful. While they do provide the information, it's up to each individual business to provide the action. When people call a legitimate business or an organization a pyramid scheme, they are simply sharing their ignorance. I won't go into it here but while pyramid schemes certainly exist, any legitimate organization isn't one. True pyramid schemes are illegal and are shut down. Given the longevity of Team INA, I suggest that they are quite legitimate. I have attended a number of opportunity sessions and training sessions with Team INA and I found them to be exciting, interesting and full of valuable information. The teaching and training is as good as any I have found from major corporations and is a lot cheaper to boot. Outside of Team INA, I have gone to many teaching and training sessions for various businesses and am simply amazed at the information provided by the leaders of Team INA. There are many individuals who endorse Network Marketing as one of the best places to start a business. Names like Robert Kiyosaki (Rich Dad, Poor Dad), Donald Trump (How to Get Rich), David Bach (Start Over, Finish Rich), Bob Burg (The Go-Giver), Paul Zane Pilzer (Unlimited Wealth) and many more. Heck, the Wall Street Journal had a multi-page insert calling Network Marketing the "Original Social Marketing Model". In any business, network marketing or not, the most profitable individuals are the ones with the biggest networks. Business is about connecting with people. One of Team INA's jobs is to help people make better connections. It's about self improvement. In the process of trying to connect, new people will make mistakes. That is how we learn after all. Don't let one person's mistake or another person's rantings be the reason you choose to not look into legitimate business ideas. You don't have to become part of the business, but don't be a dream thief either. Best case, your friends become wildly successful in every way. Worst case, your friends get a great education.

  I agree with Helen, the best answer is found in the question. Like Helen, I too have gained a lot from participating with Team INA and their training. It is directly responsible for the [people] skills that I acquired and it more than tripled my job income. I would recommend Team INA to anyone who wants to not only build their own Network Marketing business but who want to be sure that they get some of the best training around. Leadership requires professional development. Professional development is a vital piece for every successful business. Corporate America spends $55.3 billion per year on employee professional development. Leaders should invest their time and money in themselves to ensure their success. Training leaders seems to be what Team INA does best.
