How do you get paid for selling through Amazon.ca?

If someone has marked this as paid on ebay but they have not paid what should I do?

  • I am selling a dress on ebay but the person hasn't paid. They have marked the item as paid but ebay ids showing it as awaiting payment so, of course, I did not send it. Ebay is now trying to have me pay the percentage for it having been sold when I did not get paid for the item. How can I clear this up because they have not paid and it has been 3 weeks?
