How to deal with jealousy and emotions?

• Ok, if a girl gets jealous of you and starts to manipulate others to be nicer to her when they originally liked you, how do i deal with this. I get really upset when i see they have thrown a tantrum and the other person treats me less after when before we really got on. Then i have a lot of emotion and don't know how to deal with it. I will then sometimes back off and act like i am fine just not interested anymore and become solitude rather than my confident bubbly self (jealous girl then gets what she wants) or i act upset as i see what she did and others sympathise with her and kill her with kindness and stop being as nice to me as they know she is jealous and don't want to hurt her, but it seems ok to hurt me. So i will then ignore the jealous girl as i don't agree with this behaviour and fed up of it and the other girl sees this and no longer likes me as much, partly to console the jealous girl and partly as may be they don't agree that i don't feed the girls jealously be stroking her ego or be less for her to feel more. Then i feel rejected and back away from the girl i got on with as i see she wants to console the other girl and give her much more attention which i feel is unjust. What should i do, am i doing something wrong as it seems to go wrong all the time i just am feed up of this jealousy and manipulation, its not my fault, why should i get punished by others blanking me or giving me less than normal because a girl is jealous?
