How can I get focused on my work again after a breakup?

My boyfriend and I broke up about 2-3 weeks ago. I loved him so much, and I've been really struggling to get past this... I know it takes time, but I'm self employed (full time freelance programmer)... and this is causing a lot of problems for me, because I've been too down to accept work, so I'm loosing a lot of money. I've been really trying to go on with my life, so I accepted a project, however it's so far behind, I've had to make up excuses to my client... This is really starting to mess with my life BIG time. I can't get myself out of bed... My work requires a lot of concentration, and so I'd sit at my PC and try to work, but it feels like I can't keep my head up straight... I have a high back chair and I just end up laying back into my chair and then my mind drifts.... and eventually I just give up, and go back to bed. It's hard for me, because I work from home, so I don't HAVE to get up at a certain time to get to work... I have to keep myself motivated... and at the moment my sense of self discipline is completely gone... I've tried going out with friends, taking walks... but I just can't seem to get past this. It's really concerning me because I've had problems with depression before... However, I've been clean from depression for about 2 years now... and I can honestly say that this doesn't really feel like depression, just like a really bad patch in my life at the moment... but I'm worried that as this is causing problems in my work and putting more stress on me that it would eventually turn into depression again... and I don't want that dark cloud over me ever again... I really have get myself back together fast, before my life falls apart. However, this is the first time I've ever truly loved somebody and I just don't know how to get over this.... Any advice? I badly need it...
