How to write a short suspense story?

I need a topic for a story anyone have any ideas?

  • i am in this mood to write a story or novel, but i am stumped on what to write about. does anyone have any ideas or topics that i can considering using? i am looking for anything with suspense romance paranormal and mystery , i need a topic that would be something some one would really like to read about, nothing that describes something that some has read too many times and already knows the concept of the story basically saying it has to be unique something that you don't normally read and can lure you into a trance of not wanting to put it away and to continue reading please i would be so grateful know what kind of story any book reader wants to read about.

    THIS IS MY REALLY AWESOME IDEA: Thirty years after the destruction of the world, one group of genetically altered sheep rule the remaining humans on Earth. Tired of being pushed around by the humans, the sheep, known as the Shreeps, plot to genetically alter the humans for their sick, twisted sheep pleasure. Can the humans, coming from all around the world, overcome their differences and take back the world from the Shreeps?
