What do Mechanical Engineers actually do?

What do engineers use?

  • im a freshman engineering major and i got A's chem and programing and calc 3. but im struggling in physics, its the hardest class ive ever taken. i understand the concepts , but the problems are a completely different ball game. and i know there are people who say if you understand the concepts then you can do the problems but these problem involve the uses of very clever algebraic manipulations and multiple concepts being applied at once. these equations even involve some advanced derivations and its really hard. is it important that civil engineers do well in this class, or should i change my major. ive never struggled with any class until now.

  • Answer:

Physics is really hard subject but all civil engineering subject are very to understand. Therefore donot get bogged down and continue your effort & give little more time to this subject .Passage of time you will find in comfortable position. Use different authors book to cover maximum unsolved questions.Make your trigonometry better & revise difficult one in lesser time interval.

u should see if your skool offers tutoring...remember engineering is hard nd there are classes u will struggle with so its better not to give up...try best to seek help...go to office hours, start a study group, and go to tutoring...it sounds that ur off to a good start in engineering dont let this throw u off
