• Heres how everything went. I was taking birth control than i went onto a shot form of birth control and now i am taking a different kind of birth control then i first was. My first birth control pills were very effective and when i went on my period, it was very light and i didnt have any cramps. the birth control i am now on doesnt work at all, im taking the active pills but i still always have bleeding in bwetween the non active pills. then when i do take the non active pills my periods are terrible, i have the worst cramps and its really heavy. i take them every night at exactly 9:30 and i havent missed a pill since never. so can some brands of birth control work better on certain people and not have a good effect on other people? Or am i just getting defective ones?

  Yes, some brands do work differently on certain people! I have been on several different birth control pills. You just have to test them out until you find one that you really like. Set up an appointment with your gyno to get a new prescription.
