    There are two things to look at, the applicants to admits ratio and the admits to registered ratio. While on this chart they had 349 apply, 159 were admitted, they only had 66 register. You also need to consider that some of the applicants are Master to Doctoral and those from the same school, at least I would think, would have a higher success rate making through to registrants.
