Flying with a 2-year-old?

When were flying mounts announced in wow?

• I want to know if tera will be worth getting. I have an obsession of games with flying, but i hate games like perfect world, aion, flyff, new moon, eligium, everquest. or silk road that have auto target. Auto target makes games take no skill pvp wise whatsoever. I played wow and loved it but I really maxed out a ton of toons and now grew tired of going over the storyline so many times. Wow has a unique system where you must face your target to use a skill and be in their range. thats why i believe wow took loads of skill. now im looking at tera and it seems like the perfect game for me or another wow that i could spend another 6 years on. However, again, im obsessed with flying mounts and decided i would only play tera if they got flying mounts (dont ask why). Thus, im trying to see if they could still possibly add in flying mounts. thats why i want to know when wow actually announced flying mounts. thus i can know if tera still might possibly release flying mounts. In other words im comparing time ratios for those who are getting a little confused. so when were flying mounts announced? (by the way im looking for a straight up answer so please dont ask questions or make statments that doesnt relate to the actual question.) Thanks :)
