Answer:
Most schools or jobs put filters on their computers that block websites with a certain web address; such as runescape.com or youtube.com This can be easily bypassed using proxys that add a says "poxy.com/runescape.com" which can trick a filter into thinking its another website. However when using proxys they can track your information and cookies and limit the website from most content; such as java scripts like runescape. The best way to do this is to using a runescape client that runs just like "runescape client" however it runs with a different web address. It tricks filters by changing the name of it completely to something else and runs through a client rather then webbrowser like firefox. So you are actually on the runescape website and can play it however it is optimize so filters can't block it. It actually works too and you can do this with any website not just runescape; such as myspace, youtube, facebook etc. You can download one at "runescapeatschool.webs.com" under the download section. The reason why it is a client is because web browser can have filters in it and a client is like its own browser.

Don't play games at school so you can actually learn and go to college and get a job. And runescape is a terrible game anyway.
