My SPM result are bad and I don't know what to do?

My result :- BM - B BI - A Pend Islam - B+ Sej - B+ Maths - A Add Math - B Physics - B+ Chemistry - D Biology - C This result is killing me.I was hoping to be become a pilot or get into oil and gas career but with this result,I don't know if that's possible.Someone please help me.Is it still possible?What should I do?
