Must have games for XBOX 360?

My XBOX arrives tomorrow. So just wanted peoples opinions on what games are must haves (exclusive wise) I WON'T be getting Gears of war, don't like the looks of it. Probably gonna get Halo. Any other suggestions? & Gamertag ideas, I don't want the same as my PSN. ElCoN 3000 is a possibility (the 3000 is something I've had since a kid, was in a book or song and it stuck)
