Could you help to remember a movie with the musical phrase "Lady Luck finally learnt to bake?

I can not for the life of me remember the name of this movie! Please help!?

• I remember quite a few years ago watching a certain movie. All that I remember of it is that it was about a girl who had a mother that dressed in a gorilla suit at a circus. I believe the mother had died. The girl then was dreaming (I believe) about a world where all these people had masks. I also remember that there was a cat or some other creature that asked her "What goes on four legs in the morning, on two legs at noon, and on three legs in the evening?" and she replied with a certain name that I cannot remember. I also remember that everyone in the movie believed her to be an evil princess of some sort. There was also a scene where she believed that she was the evil princess and she was approached by one of her masked friends who threw her a ball and she remembered who she was. This is all that I can remember of the movie and it has been bothering me for about a year. Please help!
