Iphone 4 hd recording?

Xperia s vs iphone 4s vs galaxy note?pls. help!?

  • i cant decide which is the best device, i want to play hd videos and hd games. a great camera with full hd recording. Iphone 4s and xperia s doesnt support memory card but Note has a very large screen. Also, are there in announcements about a new iPhone. is iphone 4s very small? I am currently using Galaxy S and Omnia W. And I need to buy one as my SGS' screen is broken and windows Phone is useless.
