• I had an Inside Sales position, interview last week. I felt it went well; one of the supervisors even blushed and turned red. I left them with a Resume folder and Cover Letter - Resume. They said I will know in 2 weeks what signs do you know it went well, and what signs are there if there is just a 1 interview, for the position? There are 12 open positions for this role. I don't think there will be a 2nd interview. The process this far was Apply, test for the job and a recruiter called interview phone screen. Then the 1:1 interview now waits.

  I think if he says will let you know in 2 weeks then he will screen many guys and then filter. So can't say now of your selection.
