24 fps vs 30 fps for watching movies on mobile phone?

The US has been using 24fps for over 80 years, it also just what people are used to. In Europe they use 25fps. Really the difference is minimal (it really comes down to 24fps vs 30fps in film or video, if it was shot on film 24fps is the way to go, if it was shot in video go with 30fps). Of course always try to choose the frame rate the original program was shot on - but that's not always easy to find.
