How to make an online store to sell virtual things?

hello i want to make an online store in which people send me money and i give them things in a game i mean for example sa-mp(san andreas multiplayer) there are servers in there which have their own forums and they have opened a online shop which is not dependent on any site. it is independent. you can visit this site as an example: http://www.shop.ng-gaming.net/ so i want to make a similar shop like that. and also it should generate some random code for the product which he can use in game. and it should be independent i mean not not made through other sites. like we make websites though HTML code
