What is called a hyperlink?

Hyperlink with Outlook Express E-Mail message and Microsoft Word doc attachment

• Each morning, I send out an E-Mail message to a Group of E-Mail addresses. I am using Outlook Express to send these "Group Messages" all at the same time. I also have a Website created for me by a company I am an associate of. How can I create a hyperlink connected or attached to the E-mail message that each member of the group recieves such that if the message receivers click on my Web-Site name, they will be taken to my Web-site? In other words, the person receiving my "Morning Message" (usually as an attachment from Microsoft Word text document) could just click on my Web-Site address and be Automatically taken to my Web-Site with out having to go to an Internet Browser like the Big Blue E Internet Explorer and have to type in the whole Web-Site address? I am desiring to create something User Friendly and get the reader of my message to my Web-Site just by clicking on the Web-Site address. This I am told is called a "Hyperlink." I will pay for the answer as to how this can be done using Outlook Express as my E-Mail sender with Microsoft Word as my attached message.
