Why is my site not indexed in Google?

• My website www.pro-usability.de was launched 12 weeks ago. I had enroled the site with google, but it has not yet been indexed. What do I need to do, in order to get the site indexed in google? Note: I saw my site indexed within search results about three weeks for about two days, but then it dissapeared again.

  Dear Geisi, First of all, submitting the site does not ensure that the site would be indexed - that depends onother paramenters, such as who chose to link your site to theirs. If your site was indexed and now it doesn't appear, it could be that the Google-Robot could not access your site at the last time the index was updated. The Google index is updated about every month. "we find new sites, we lose some sites, and site rankings change. If your site was dropped from Google and you have not made major changes to it in the last month, we will likely pick it up again in our next index. It's possible your site was simply inaccessible when our robots tried to crawl it." (Source: Google Information for Web Masters "B. Google also offers the following reasons: "If your page does not appear at all, there here are some other possible explanations.
