Trying to locate quality Microsoft word exercises

• I'm looking for quality exercises that will teach students (seniors) how to use microsoft word (typing and functionality). The exercises will be given to students who have very little computer experience so ideally I would like the exercises to be basic and thorough and take the students through a progression of learning (from typing simple paragraph to basic formatting to advanced formatting). I would like the exercises to create documents as opposed to web pages. I'm looking for a list of about 10 - 20 exercises. Thanks, mediatek
