Is it legal for me to advertise my bravenet site on google?

• I own an Internet business, www.concretenetwork.com We provide information on concrete products and services and links to local contractors who do decorative concrete work such as stamped concrete pool decks, patios, driveways, colorful interior floors, and countertops. Our site visitors are consumers, architects, builders, designers, etc. I love Pay Per click as a medium to advertise, and currently use this form of advertising on Google, Overture, Findwhat, and ebuild.com I am not looking for more pay per click opportunities as I feel I have that area covered with the most effective services (Google, etc.) But I am looking for 20-30 building, remodeling, architecture, landscaping, or design orientated sites where I could place a tile advertisement or a content box next to their section of content on concrete, or their content on flooring options, countertops, landscaping, pool decking, exterior paving, etc. Or in their online buyers guide. While this is not as good as pay per click (in my view), it at least places our companies’ products and contractors next to people who have an interest in what we have. I am not interested in Do it yourself sites, as the point of our service is for the visitor to call one of our contractor network members. I am not interested in sites whose main function is to refer visitors to contractors also, becasue they are not going to want to work with us. I am interested equally in sites that reach professionals (architects), for example, and consumers. For each site prospect please provide: Site name URL to site link to section or sections applicable to my product, where my tile ad or text box might go. link to info on how much traffic the site has link to thier "advertise with us page" contact name and phone number if possible Thank You
