How do you make minecraft run faster. When I play it is very laggy and slow. If I watch youtube videos it is very fast. I tried doing the javaw.exe thing. My computer is also good and rather new?

Answer:
In the options menu, try turning down the render distance to Normal,Small, or Tiny. You could also try turning on the frame limiter, so the gameplay doesnt't surpass the frames themselves. Another thing you could do is change the graphics to Fast instead of Fancy.
