Answer:
Normally the Content Advisor warning shows up when a file called ratings.pol has been corrupted or removed. To fix the problem you have to go into the Windows registry. Click the plus sign in front of the entry called HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. Next click the plus sign next to SOFTWARE, then Microsoft, and then Windows, Current Version, and finally Policies.
