Question with Microsoft Outlook 2003?

printing a calendar in Outlook 2003

  • This question is about printing a calendar in Outlook 2003 under Windows XP. In the Outlook calendar there are 4 views: Month, Week, Work Week and Day. I can figure out how to print in the Month, Week and Daily views, but not Work Week. The Work Week view is a grid of 5-7 Days across the top and hours across the left side, broken into half hour increments. This is the view I want to print out, preferably over two pages. You know when you go in to get your hair cut and the lady at the front desk has this big book and a pencil and she writes your appointment down in the little square then you get that hour? It?s like a Week-At-A-Glance weekly calendar. An appointment book. I want to print that with Outlook. ( I KNOW this can be done!) I?ve tried modifying the print styles inside of Outlook?s print dialog, templates from the Microsoft site, Franklin-Covey plug in and Microsoft?s Small Business Contact Manager plug in for Outlook, to no avail. (Although I might have overlooked the answer in one of these methods.) Any help you could give me would be most appreciated. Thanks, billy
