I am 30 years old male with one and a half year married life from Pakistan. I am a father of a 6 months baby. I am willing to get cure from my premature ejaculation (early discharge) problem. I discharge in just 4 to 6 stocks during intercourse. In following I am trying to cover myself as much as possible now. # Masturbation was in practice from age of 12 years. This practice is not now in habit since last two years. # I feel very tired some time and look to very sleepy. I cannot bear a single day without the sleep. If I do not get asleep, I feel very angry myself. My mind also tired very soon after some mental work. #Catarrh (I think it is English of urdu/hindi word 'NAZLA') in both winter and summer season. #I am 5 feet and 5inch in height while the weight is only 60 kg. I am also willing to increase my fruitful weight (Not only at tummy). #Eye sight is weak. #Overall felling is well. #I am feeling low sexual power since last two years specially when I was suffering by Hepatitis A. I was suffering by this virus 12 days and then my reports were cleared. #I used some generic Viagra tablets (like Vega, Penegra --- Sildenafil citrate) and condom. There help is at very low level. I can say un-notify able result for premature ejaculation problem. # In food, I like all sort of foods, fish, mutton, beef, vegetable, seeds. Use juice some days. Like water specially (used to drink approx 2 litter per day). # My work related to brain exercise. Mean I am computer software designer. Work 9 hours per day. Plus I am also doing some courses relates to my profession. # I normally forget several things and details specially #I do not like a hard season either it is summer or winter. I feel better in a season with light cold atmosphere. #I specially do not do exercise but regular walk and used stairs instead of using lift. #Stool is OK, once a day, normally at morning after one and a half hour of break fast. Urine is light yellow. Four to five time a day. # When I sleep, I do not see any kind of dream. I just sleep deeply with comfortable. At night I just go to bed and sleep in just five minutes. #Nothing special at time of getting up. Just normal feeling at morning. But some time wishes to take break-fast and go to bed again to take one more short sleep (around one or two hour long). # With regard to my PE problem, Please note that the erection of penis is correct. I just cannot delay my ejaculation above one minute. # Also note that I can do intercourse only one per day. No second errection. So I am looking advice to solve mental tired feeling, and specially my PE problem. I hope that I will get the answer of my problem from here. It will be first time for me to use of any homeopathic medicine. Please tell me briefly about the medicine and dosage, plus their manufacturer. In my area, medicine by Dr. Willmar Schwabe is famous. Last day on internet somebody (I think he is not a doctor) told me following prescription for me. Sulphur 200 (1 drop in one spoon of water) in the morning after bath. Avoid eating or drinking any- thing for one hour. After 24 hours i.e. from next day take:- Titanium 30 (one drop in one spoon of water) three times a day I did not start this medicine till now. Do this 15 times in a row, working up to 60 to 75 contractions twice a day. The purpose of Kegels is to strengthen your pelvic muscles so that you can contract or relax as you near orgasm, delaying ejaculation. (Some men last longer when squeezing the muscles, and others, when relaxing them.) Do your bodybuilding later. While exercise is part of a total healthy lifestyle that can prevent or reverse premature ejaculation, it's unwise to exercise just before sex, according to Dr. Burman. "Whenever you exercise, the body directs blood to that group of muscles. For instance, if you do bicep curls, blood will be directed to your arm muscles--and away from your penis. So save your exercise for another time." Reverse position. "Men are most easily aroused when they are on top in the missionary position, so it might be best for her to be on top," says Dr. Burman. "When a woman is on top, you can control her motion by guiding her hips. That way, if you become too aroused, you can guide her to slow down or stop her movements." Diet for better sex. Premature ejaculation is often due to physical changes in the body. Men over age 30 may begin to have problems with premature ejaculation even though their sex lives were fine when they were younger. "The problem is often an inadequate blood supply in the penis," according to Dr. Burman. When the arteries in the penis become partially clogged with fat and cholesterol, maintaining an erection becomes more difficult. "When this occurs, your brain tells your body that you'd better ejaculate before you lose your erection, and a pattern for premature ejaculation is developed," says Dr. Burman. His recommendation: Live a healthy lifestyle in order to maintain good arterial health.
