• Hi, my name is Leila and I was wondering if you could help me with the following questions? I have been taking drama classes for years and want to go to an acting school when I finish my degree. I enjoy acting for theatre but am more interested in acting for film. 1) What are the top ten acting schools in the US reagrading to casting directors, agents etc? At the moment Juilliade sounds good? (I know it's hard to get in there though - any advice?) 2) Will moving to the states increase my likliness of being successful in this field? If so where's the ebst place? NY? LA? 3) I go to drama classes and aim to be put in spotlight next year. Is there anything else I should be doing? 4) I really want to learn other accents. What is the best way to go about this? Do accent coaches exist? 5) I will be about 24/25 when I finsih my degree. Is that too old to go to acting school? 6) What are the top ten agencies (in the US or internationally) for someone wanting to be a film actress? 7) Should I be doing modelling also? I am only 5'2 so I know that I can't be a runway model (lol) but is there any other sort of modelling you would advice an aspiring actress to get involved in? I know I have asked alot and thank you in advance for answering my questions. I like to aim high - I know it will take alot to get there and that I'll need alot of patience and dedication - but I like to know who the best are so that I know where to aim. Thanks again!
