How do I make the font in Gmail back to regular size?

I decreased the font size on gmail.com, yahoo.com, among other web sites

• Hello, I have a normal computer, with Windows 2000 professional... Last night, somehow I decreased the font size of the text at GMAIL.com, and Yahoo.com , and even Google.com. Other sites like ESPN.com look normal. I think, when sites give the option of a lesser font size, I am doing it because I changed my settings. I think I need to push control, while using the scroller on my mouse to increase the font size. This has happened to me before with my other computer, when using Outlook, the text went smaller, and I had to scroll up while holding down control to increase the font back to normal.. but I am trying this, to no avail! How can I make those sites, look normal again, like they use to, the size of the font is to small, and I can't get it to normal
