Printing to Multiple Printers at the same time

• I need to know how to print to multiple network printers at the same time. The printers are on a Win2003 network and the print jobs will be comming from a WinXP box. I CAN currently print to each of these printers one at a time and this is currently the best way to send interoffice memos. However, this would be much better if I could print to multiple printer simultaneously
