Can Lotus Organizer & Outlook Express Address Book hotsync to Palm Treo 650 ?

• I want to purchase a Palm Treo 650 cell phone from Verizon. However, before I make such a purchase, I would like to know: 1) Can I can periodically hotsync (transfer) the data I have in my Desktop PC Lotus Organizer software progam to the Palm Treo 650 cell phone? (Does the Palm Treo 650 cell phone ship with an accompanying hotsync program that will accomplish this? If not, is there a third-party software program that can accomplish this?) 2) Can I similarly hotsync (transfer) my Outlook Express Address Book from my Decktop PC to the Palm Treo 650 cell phone?
