How do I generate barcode using c#?

Using a Barcode to reveal manufacurer

I have an EAN barcode for a product. I want to find the manufacturer. The 13 digit barcode is 5039314xxxxxx. The 50 designates a UK company. The 39314 should reveal the Company. How do I find the companies name and address???
