How do I make my items on the screen smaller?

Display screen and all items on it have shrunk. F11 does not make a difererence.

• I turned on my computer and was surprised to find the size of the display had become smaller and the symbols to reduce the size or to extend it had been reversed. I clicked of F11 and it did not make any difference. This coincided with aa short 'spyware attack detect' appeared at the bottom of the screen and there is no mechanism to get rid of it.

  Hello fat55, Thank you for your question. It sounds to me as though you have corruption in your system. There is no way to fix this except in person physically. If I was in your situation, I would take my PC to a local PC repair center and get it reinstalled after backing up your important documents.
