How do you get a guy in 3 weeks?
If My guy on fallout 3 is stuck at level 20. I get kills and it says i'm not gaining any XP, it has been like this 4 about two weeks now. How do i fix it?

Answer:
On Fallout 3, you need DLC, and Broken Steel, to advance beyond level 20. The DLC sets the level limit to 30.
