How much sit-ups should i do?

If i do 100 Situps everday for a month about how much weight will i lose? Immaa confuzed:/?

    You wouldn't lose a lot of weight. You would have strong stomach muscles though! You would need to do some cardio to shed that belly fat, or an all around weight training program.
