Why can I receive but not send picture messages on my Pantech pursuit phone?

Answer:
To enable MMS, tap Menu, locate and tap messaging, scroll to and tap Settings, Tap Multimedia Message, tap MMS Profiles, tap the arrow to the right of AT&T MMS.To make changes, scroll to and tap the desired categories and options. if you are on your parents plan they may need to enable mms messaging on your account.
