How to saab car radio?

Have a Saab automatic car will not turn off completely engine is off but the radio is still on the key needs to be jiggled according to owner but this is not working?

  For my 9-5 1998 model, with key located between the seats, the radio stays on when the key is moved to the "off" position but turns off when the key is completely removed from the lock. On a couple of occasions, when extracting the key, the radio has stayed on - the lock mechanism has not "clicked" into the completely off position. You are perhaps seeing an aggravated version of this. The whole mechanism needs lubricated, it is getting stuck
