Would it be legal for a paramedic or EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) to open an office and charge a reasonable fee to advise and/or treat working-class Americans with non-prescription drugs?

There is only about 6 drugs an EMT can give, all of which are for an emergency, they include, but are not limited to (depending on the state you live in and their local protocols), Oxygen Activated Charcoal Oral Glucose Epinephrine Albuterol Nitroglycerin Paramedics can give more and different kind of drugs, but still do not have the power to prescribe medications for daily usage.
