My 256M MP3 player, shows the memory as 20.3M. If I change the online setting to Multi I get 2 disks 20.3M & 224M. If I sync to the bigger disk, it can't find the files when I disconnect from the PC. How can I fix this?

Answer:
Format the player using the software on the cd that comes with the player. TO format go as follows--- Frst install the software. Then START→programs→ MP3 player utilities→Mp3 player disk tool. Before opening it connect your player to the computer. Afetr opening a window will come with two tabs at the up left hand portion---Format And Partition and encryption. Select the partition and encryption tab. Below thw writing "SETTING ENCRYPTED DISK CPACITY" move the slider to ZERO.Then format it.Then change the online setting from miltiple to single.Now it will work.
