In yahoo email 1st page I can't get the left side navigation summary menu to show. Once I changed my acct prefs, the menu hid out. There is no account preferences option to hide/show menu. I use webtv. Can my problem be fixed?

Answer:
check at the top of the page and at the bottom of the page for an options button, and then try in there, however with webtv it has a different formatting, and therefore may have the bar there or have a way to do it, it's just not on the screen. You may have to get someone who has regular internet to log into your account and fix it for you (of course this is only someone you know personally and you want to change your password before letting them do it, and then after, and should probably watch them do it, so you know your information is safe.)
