Is being a Child Care Worker and a Preschool Teacher the same thing?

How should a teacher or child care worker teach boys about inappropiate personal contact, and isn't this really the role of the parents?

  Well yes and no. You do not state how old the boy is? Parents today, are not allowed to spank/belt their kids, parents are not allowed anything today. If parents discuss sex with their kids, they can be classed as pedophiles, wonder why the world is going sex strange lately. Parents can't take pics of the kids in the bath nude anymore with film cameras, as when developed, someone will call the police! Kids see sex on T.V and hear about it everywhere, before the ages of 10. Parents tell kids that their privates are non seeable or touchable to others now, so brain washing any young one thinking, sex is dirty. When we were young, playing doctors or nuses was normal. Now it is all about telling the young, the oppisate.
