My computer desktop for some reason now is on a vertical axis with the monitor. At the partition choice screen, the screen is still the right way up. When it gets to the WinXP log in screen, the screen becomes vertical. How can I fix this?

Just a thought, do you have an ATI graphics card with Hydravision software installed? Hydravision comes bundled with many versions of the catalyst suite these days and accidentally enabling the vertical display feature is easy to do. I've done it myself. If thats the case, just go into hydravision prpoperties (on your start menu) and flip it back.
