How can I shrink lots of JPG picture files easily? Most are 3-4 MBs now and I want to resize them to about 640x480 so the file size is much smaller. I am looking for a tool that would allow me to do them all at once, not one at a time.

Hiya.. Theres a great little program called Photo Gadget that will let you resize multiple pictures at the same time, Plus it has many other tools I think you'll find useful.. You can download a (Fully working) trial version here: http://www.xemico.com/photogadget/index.html I hope this helps :o)

ImageMagick is also a great, free alternative. If you're using windows, you can try the microsoft power toy "image resizer" http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
