How To Identity True Woman?

I read in the newspaper of a bus driver refusing a woman wearing a veil on his bus because he couldn't tell the identity of the pesoon on her bus pass. Is this true, and if so, was he right?

  So this person was thinking more about rules and regulations than dignity. We all bend the rules occasionally where ethics are concerned and so I think he was a bit pedantic with the rules. What is the likelihood that a woman would put a veil on only to get free bus rides with someone elses pass. I think he should have let her on the bus. He doesnt really have anything to lose by doing so.
