I bought a used PS2 and it has parental controls on it. How do I override or change the 4 diget password so I can use the PS2 for DVD's and games?

Come on...it's a 4 digit code. Even without the "7444" tips, it's not 'zactly rocket surgery :p. Last time I stayed at a motel I just started going through the 4 digit v-chip codes on their TV til I hit it....only took like 45 mins and I was over 1/2 way through all possible 10,000 codes on their random TV. Once I got the code, I changed it and set the parental settings to block all Y7 shows. Some pedophile is gonna be pissed.
