Any examples of job interview questions?

It's been my experience to witness these common questions during an interview. "What is your greatest strength?" and " What is you greatest weakness?" Now..decide your greatest weakness because you either have to tell the truth or get ready to lie before hand. I've never liked this question. Probably because my weaknesses are many!

The key question, at an end of an interview and often the make-or-break for getting hired is: "Do you have any questions?". Its amazing how many people get tongue-tied on this one. Be prepared with a clear and concise question for them. Never reply with something like: "No, I think thats it". By showing interest in the company, especially when asked, will pay great dividens and often a job.

I love the "What is you greatest weakness?" question. I remember that one from my current job. The person that interviewed me always said that my answer to this question is what got me hired. My Answer: I told them that I was impatient. I saw him frown...and when he asked me to elaborate, I simply told him that I can't stand it when things aren't moving. I eventually became a project manager. Do you have any questions? My quick answer would be along the lines of "Where is the company going?"...

Your past job experience, why did you leave your last job, how did you like working there...

I am not very good with chinese characters but does your avatar mean perpetual(everlasting) water? shui yang?--your name looks Japanese so maybe these are Japanese characters and not chinese at all..I can get the shui..but the second character doesn't look quite right? Anyway a job interview question; What do you feel are your major weaknesses?

At my current job, during the interview I was asked to tell a story. I was listening to some Saki short stories in my car on audio tape and I proceeded to give the "long and the short" of Sredni Vashtar. After telling the account, I thought "my God what have I done?". To my surprise I was offered the job a few minutes later. Maybe they just wanted to see if I could communicate in a logical manner?
